Mental Health and Wellbeing

Mental Health Awareness Week 2020
In line with Mental Health Awareness Week we've created something that shows just how common mental struggles are.
You're not alone. Mental health does not discriminate; it can affect anyone, at any time, but it does not have to restrict your ambition or aspirations and these people are all proof of that!

Made with Padlet

What is anxiety?
Anxiety is a feeling of unease, like a worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. Everyone feels anxious from time to time and it usually passes once the situation is over. (NHS, 2019)

School, exams, deadlines... these are all natural  situations to feel anxious about. What we can do is learn how to cope with these stresses.
